Motiv Entertainment is an owner-operated premium DJ service - and it's essentially me, Vito! Based in Ĺtautahi Christchurch, New Zealand - which means, unlike with most agencies, you'll have a personal advisor to support you towards bringing about the party and celebration you want.
Apart from being an experienced DJ who has played some of Christchurch's most popular clubs, I've got a really broad knowledge of music and an understanding of people; which helps me to create energetic dance floors with the music you love.

Behind the Decks
When I got married - the DJ we hired was a great DJ, but having been a club DJ myself (and I still DJ clubs to this day) - I could see that there were a few things that would have made made him not just a great DJ at a wedding - but a fantastic DJ for our wedding.
Using what I learned from my own wedding and being a DJ myself, I created Motiv Entertainment and pretty quickly became the preferred DJ choice for lots of venues.
Many people invest a lot into their celebrations and events and every single one of them is a big deal, so I try to match that level of investment and keep an eye on all the details that can turn a good event into a fantastic event.
Here’s the Catch
I love what I do, and believe I do it well, but that also means I can only take on a limited number of direct wedding bookings each year. I want to give each one the attention it deserves. When I'm at capacity, I trust DJ4You to handle the overflow. You can easily book me through them, and rest assured, the party will be just as epic.
Making Details Matter
Ensuring you get the vibe you want and deserve is a lot more than just playing music.
I've also put a lot of thought and effort into not just how it all sounds, but how everything looks as well - and we've created a number of pretty unique appearance options that wont look out of place with the most elegant of events - and if you need me to, I'll rock a suit and tie as well.
Everything from the lighting, to the speakers, to the booth, have all been considered as part of a set-up that will not look out of place at your wedding or event.
