Details Required for Agreement
The following are the minimum details required for your agreement.
For any sections that do not apply, just skip over them. If signatory and invoice details are the same as the person filling this in, simply type in "as named above" or similar.
The supply of ID is for verification purposes only and to ensure that the identities of the person or people signing the agreement can be verified for all legal purposes.
All copies of identification are deleted on completion of services or cancellation of the agreement.
Once received, all copies of identification are removed from an online server and kept securely on an isolated and encrypted SSD together with the associated agreement that is created.

Your booking is accepted once the date, package, and price have been confirmed in writing. By providing your details here, you’re confirming the package and price agreed through the Pricing Packages. If you need to cancel after acceptance, costs or fees may apply.
