The following are the minimum details required for your agreement.

An email address for EACH of you (not a shared email address) is required if you would both like access to the planning app and would both like to sign the agreement. The app limits the creation of profiles to one email address per profile. 

The supply of ID is for verification purposes only and to ensure that the identities of the person or people signing the agreement can be verified for all legal purposes.

1. All copies of identification are deleted on completion of services or cancellation of the agreement.

2. Once received, all copies of identification are removed from an online server and kept securely on an isolated and encrypted SSD together with the associated agreement that is created.
