The following are the minimum details required for your agreement.

An email address for EACH of you (not a shared email address) is required if you'd both like access to the planning app and would both like to sign the agreement. The app limits the creation of profiles to one email address per profile. 

Please supply full legal names, address and dates of birth - the combination of this information is used for the following reasons:

• identity distinction for contractual enforcement; and

• fraud prevention.

This information is held securely until 4 weeks after your event, or the cancellation of your event - unless contractual issues arise necessitating the need for this information to be held beyond that period.
